Released March 9th, 2017. Lots of bug fixes, but mostly wanted because >=4.9.3 contains eyaml support again for the new hiera 5 set-up. Have already performed local bump of the 4.9.1-r1 ebuild to 4.9.4 without noticeable problems.
Changed bump request from 4.9.4 to newer version 4.10.1 - released 11th May, 2017. I has 'mapped_paths' hiera support, which is super useful to me. I manually bumped my local ebuild, and it appears to work fine. Also, as ruby 2.1 is no longer supported (as of 01/04/2017), is there any change we can target ruby 2.2 or newer? Puppet documentation still says that they only test against 2.1.x, but I believe 2.2 should work fine for 4.x versions of puppet, and besides, other distros manage it.
4.10.1 supports 2.1 and 2.2 for ruby. 4.10.1 is now in tree.
