As you can see, qupzilla is not ppc keyworded for precisely that reason.
But I just verified that QtWebEngine is built on my machine. The latest release (5.7.1-r1) is currently installed on G5. Could you please place in test.pro 'message("QtWebEngine version is: $${QT.webengine.VERSION}")' then run /usr/$your_libdir/qt5/bin/qmake test.pro and see what it spits out?
