Hi. I
Hi. I´ve got some real trouble with gentoo.org mailinglists. Or maybe just one, since I only try to subscribe one mailinglist. Okay, the story is simple I send a mail to gentoo-portage-dev-subscribe@gentoo.org. But I didn´t recieved any mail from gentoo.org. works for me: ------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: 16 Dec 2004 12:42:02 -0000 From: gentoo-portage-dev-help@lists.gentoo.org To: klieber@gentoo.org Subject: confirm subscribe to gentoo-portage-dev@lists.gentoo.org Hi! This is the ezmlm program. I'm managing the gentoo-portage-dev@gentoo.org mailing list. I'm working for my owner, who can be reached at gentoo-portage-dev-owner@gentoo.org. To confirm that you would like klieber@gentoo.org added to the gentoo-portage-dev mailing list, please send an empty reply to this address: gentoo-portage-dev-sc.1103200922.aapfkajjmmlmcnigkakf-klieber=gentoo.org@lists.gentoo.org Usually, this happens when you just hit the "reply" button. If this does not work, simply copy the address and paste it into the "To:" field of a new message. This confirmation serves two purposes. First, it verifies that I am able to get mail through to you. Second, it protects you in case someone forges a subscription request in your name. ------------------------------------------------------------------- check your spam filters and try again.
