http://bouncer.gentoo.org/fetch/gentoo-20160704-livedvd/amd64/ Correctly links the last hybrid DVD .iso.

For AMD64 users, there is http://gentoo.mirrors.tds.net/pub/gentoo//releases/amd64/20170118/ better known as the Belgian Crispy Waffle edition.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse https://www.gentoo.org/downloads/
2. Note the date in the DVD. 
3. Poke about a bit more and find http://gentoo.mirrors.tds.net/pub/gentoo//releases/amd64/20170118/
Actual Results:  
The latest DVD .iso is not linked from the downloads page.

Expected Results:  
The hybrid .iso is offered for 32 bit x86 users.
The Belgian Crispy Waffle edition is linked for 64 bit users.

This was a good bug report. Contained all the info that would have been helpful to make the links. After discussion on IRC, Roy and I decided it would not be best to link the Belgian Crispy Waffle edition to the main site because it has issues with chrooting. Something to do with hardened Linux preventing the chroot command from running. :(
