khangman doesn't depend on qtmultimedia and is merged correctly. However, it is not working:

Checking path  "/usr/share/apps/kvtml"  for kvtml files
file:///usr/share/khangman/qml/main.qml:24:1: module "QtMultimedia" is not installed 
     import QtMultimedia 5.0 
     ^

I think it is resolvable if I install qtmultimedia manually (it is not installed), but better to add it to runtime dependencies of ebuild.

I think another version could be affected too.

Thanks for reporting, fixed (among other missing RDEPENDs) in git commit d8559519f1cc9698810085008fbf33a3039e38dc.
