Comment 6 Daniel M. Weeks 2017-03-04 23:07:12 UTC
This is an issue with many ruby packages - see bug # 571186, 593068, or 607806 - especially my explanation in last bug. This is going to keep happening until the ruby eclass gets fixed to filter out the affecting file(s).
Comment 7 Hans de Graaff gentoo-dev Security 2017-03-05 07:38:43 UTC
Fixed in ruby-termios-1.0.2-r1.

So shall I stop filing bugs related to file collisions with ruby packages ?

It might be better to just file them for the ruby team and not bother Daniel with them (if they are about /usr/bin/console and /usr/bin/setup).
