www-apps/squirrelmail has not seen a release since 2011.

We do have a newer snapshot than this.
Howevery, I propose removing it because to be even vaguely compatible with the latest PHP versions, a 2017 snapshot would need to be added.

At the same time, many, if not all, of the plugins currently referenced inside the ebuild would have to be tested and possibly removed for being out of date with current software.

Also, Debian has recently dropped it from their distribution.

If net-mail has no intention of supporting it, please remove maintainership to have it go to maintainer-needed
