Even though the eclass pulls in python as a dependency, the deblob-check script has automagic detection of its backend. For example, v4.9 uses the awk backend as the default (http://www.fsfla.org/svn/fsfla/software/linux-libre/releases/tags/4.9-gnu/deblob-check) whereas v4.10 version uses the python as the default (http://www.fsfla.org/svn/fsfla/software/linux-libre/releases/tags/4.10-gnu/deblob-check). We should establish a way to choose a backend deterministically.

Deblob functionality is no longer supported.
