CMakeLists.txt marks them as optional, and they are need for creating thumbnails for RAW imamge formats. Add 'raw' use flag seems to practical here.
Is it worth it? Besides PDF/DVI, RAW is the only other thumbnailer here.

Gentoo's main feature is possibility to configure everything. Moreover, RAW is not a very common format for most users, except for those who works with photo-editing more or less professionally.
