changelog and fresh ebuilds work just fine, however packages that are in the tree are not visible on the website (for example all the kde3.3.0 related packages are still on 3.3.0_rc2 on the websie but the 3.3.0 ebuilds where commited to the tree yesterday).

kde 3.3.0 is listed under the history for Thursday on the left hand side.  Additionally, you can see the 3.3.0 ebuild for kdebase here:
