Please add a keyword which allows us to mark bugs with pending pull requests.

I am proposing "PR" keyword.

It should be set whenever we have a bug with a pending pull request. I was thinking about using the existing "PATCH", "InVCS" or "InOverlay" keyword but I think they are different in the end and we need an own marker for PR (or should rename PATCH in "HasFix" or something to be more general).

I'd rather not sure two-letter keyword names. "PullRequest" maybe?

"PullRequest" is OK for me.

Added.  The scripting should also add the keywords to new linked bugs after next update.
