I have similar problem with ACPI on this MB Tyan Tiger MP(S2460)
I use kernel 2.6.5, 2.6.7, 2.6.8 and my machine work well on boot but when shutdown -h now or shutdown -r now the system does not off or reboot but sleep.
If i try to reset the system does not reboot.
I power off and power on to work correcly.

Sorry for my bad english

These are not cluster problems. The bug is almost a year old. If the original
poster can send (much) more information regarding his problem, there may be a
resolution. Otherwise, the bug should be closed with WONTFIX.

Nothing to do with this...closing the bug.
