Qt 4 is dead and support was deliberately removed.
jalv.gtk3 is pretty much useless because the majority of toolkits aren't supported within it (see here for an overview https://github.com/drobilla/suil/blob/master/wscript#L107). In other words, gtk2 is the only usable/real option at the moment, both for 1.6.0 as well jalv and suil's current master. So if gtk3 is necessary I guess it should be added instead of renamed.

Closing, as there's nothing left for this bug to persist.
