Description roger55 (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-08-19 14:01:01 UTC
Please make it possible to teach jeeves to tell people about certain faq's.

example:
newbie: what's it mean masked ????
roger55: jeeves tell newbie about masked packages

<jeeves msgs an explanation to newbie>

jeeves: aye, told newbie.

Only devs should be able to permanently teach jeeves. Probably have a list of what jeeves already knows easily accessible.

Thanks.

roger55, If you can find the script we can probably support this. Otherwise I'm pressed for time and am not all that keen on writing the AI myself.

jeeves is an eggdrop so search the eggdrop tcl archives for something that can fill you desire. It should be configurable on a per channel basis.
