Currently, kde use is enabled in plasma make.defaults, which makes subversion to use kwallet (via kde use) for storing it's credentials and this also pulling qt4 dependencies. For users, who do use kwallet for subversions, this change will only trigger rebuild, but for users who trying to avoid qt4 and not using kwallet for subversion (i suspect it's a majority) this might be beneficial.

Let's go ahead with USE=kwallet instead of kde for all users of kwallet, as discussed in #gentoo-kde.
