When bugs are closed with a TEST_REQUEST, they become invisible to a superficial bugzilla search. Bugs should be either open + unresolved or fixed + resolved.

There should be no such option as a resolved-but-apparently-not-tested resolution: as no bug is actually resolved _until_ it is tested.

This is not something Infra can do of their own. Convince developers (enjoy gentoo-dev@) and we'll do it.

Nevertheless, I doubt it's going to help. This will only result in developers closing bugs as FIXED, OBSOLETE or using any other resolution.
