After upgrading to ncurses-5.4-r4 today, my system was totally borked because one symlink was not created : /lib64/libncurses.so.5 !

It's bacause of a little mistake in the ebuild : a libdir in hardcoded where it should be arch dependant...

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. update ncurses with 5.4-r4
2. try to do a "ls", or "nano"
3. fails loading shared object libncurses.so.5

Corrected hardcoded "/lib" where it should be "/${CONF_LIBDIR}"
