add php_targets_php7-1 useflag to dev-php/pecl-mongodb.
Tested and works.

Actually php -m says the module ist installed. So does phpinfo(). However classes MongoClient and MongoDB are not found. So maybe it does not work.

Added with bump to 1.1.10.

Would have liked to add the 1.2.x series, but our libbson is too out of date.

Beat me to it. I just filed bug #609022 and bug #609024 for the dependencies.
