sys-cluster/swift-2.10.1 (stable) installed with only the object use flag will fail to start with the stable version(s) dnspython:

Starting object-server...(/etc/swift/object-server.conf)
Error trying to load config from /etc/swift/object-server.conf: (dnspython 1.12.0 (/usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages), Requirement.parse('dnspython>=1.14.0'), set(['swift']))

Installing =dev-python/dnspython-1.15.0 allows the object server to start.

Reproducible: Always

This does not appear to apply only to the object use flag. The proxy use flag (and attempting to start the proxy server) causes the same error.
