Description Pieter Van den Abeele (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-08-18 16:25:21 UTC
During emerge of tetex:

/usr/lib/portage/bin/prepman: line 1: readlink: command not found
Comment 1 Lina Pezzella (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-01-15 14:14:48 UTC
Since tetex has been ported (see bug #67256), I'm assuming this is no longer an issue. Please reopen if needed.

Closing out bugs that've been resolved for a while now...
Comment 3 Thomas Kjosmoen 2005-04-02 19:16:45 UTC
I get the same error when emerging ghostscript using the ebuilds and patches shown here:

Comment 4 Lina Pezzella (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-04-02 21:18:14 UTC
That problem was fixed with the creation of sys-apps/freebsd-stat.
Please try emerging that manually. It is a part of system, but was adding a few months ago.
Comment 5 Thomas Kjosmoen 2005-04-02 22:28:20 UTC
Thank you, freebsd-stat fixed that problem for me! Strange that it didn't appear when I emerged system and world, though. Anyway, it seems to work now.
