Interesting... Can you post a full build log?

(In reply to Francois Bissey from comment #2) > Interesting... Can you post a full build log? Hi Francois, any news with doc-html?
Sorry, I am a bit busy at the moment and that one escaped me. Looking at it now. It may be difficult because I suspect it involves a specific hardware configuration. It may have been a problem before, but I was providing binary build of documentation by default (this is coming back in the next release, building sage documentation is too hard on a lot of hardware) which would have been hiding the problem.

Hallo Francois, last week I was able to emerge sage-7.5.1-r1 with the doc-html USE flag. Today I tried to repead the procedure. But now 'emerge -v sage' hangs for about two hours at: [plot3d ] build succeeded. Build finished. The built documents can be found in /var/tmp/portage/sci-mathematics/sage-7.5.1-r1/work/sage-7.5.1/src-python2_7/build_doc/inventory/en/reference/plot3d At my last attempt it needs me 45 minutes to emerge sage: rose@lynx:/home/rose/Txt/projects/Robina/Administration(63)$ genlop -t sage | tail Mon Feb 6 11:00:58 2017 >>> sci-mathematics/sage-7.5.1-r1 merge time: 12 minutes and 7 seconds. Can you attach one of those crash logs? Say /var/tmp/portage/sci-mathematics/sage-7.5.1-r1/work/sage-7.5.1/src-python2_7/signals_crash_logs/crash_vwuCGa.log

Thank you. I now have some ideas to work on. Which versions of cython and cysignals are in use?
Now I have the issue on three systems. Recompiling of python-2.7.13, cython-0.25.2-r1::sage-on-gentoo and cysignals-1.4.0::sage-on-gentoo did not help.
Ha! python 2.7.13 made it into the tree. May be we have a culprit, I'll prepare a sage-on-gentoo version ASAP so we can check if it is caused by it.
I have updated python in the sage-on-gentoo overlay, upgrade it and try again please.
