i can confirm this problem. why dev dont upgrade sci-libs/opencascade to version 7.1?

sci-libs/opencascade-6.9.1-r1 is obsolate

I tried to emerge opencascade-7.1 with the attached ebuild, but it fails with:

An opencascade-6.7.1 ebuild, which fails with ACCESS VIOLATION creating /usr/local/lib/cmake

yep... and I'm unable to build vtk-6.3 with GCC 6.3.0, please upgrade opencascade to latest
