restic-0.3.3.ebuild

Hi

Please find attached the ebuild for this package.

Restic is a backup program that aims to be fast, efficient and secure. Seems to be  very active and works well so maybe is a good idea to add it. 

restic provides a Makefile which runs the build.go program to compile restic, but this Makefile doesn't handle the installation of the package, so I manually install it. 

It's my first ebuild, so I appreciate any suggestion/comment.
