Description David Bailey 2004-08-18 05:36:44 UTC
Sometimes while using lufs with sshfs, the program that's pulling data goes into a 'D' uninterruptible sleep state and freezes.

I can't kill the process, unmount the sshfs mount point, or remove the lufs kernel module. I've tried using both xmms and mplayer and get the same result.

I'm running Gentoo linux with lufs-0.9.7-r2 and kernel 2.6.7-gentoo-r10.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Mount sshfs using lufs.
2. Use files from sshfs filesystem.
3. Process goes into uninterruptible sleep state after 5-20 minutes.

Actual Results:
Tried to kill processes- but this one is stuck. (from ps command)

-playlist /home/dbailey/playlists/popular

Expected Results:
Continued to work without freezing.
