New version of ebuild

ebuild:
- move to EAPI 6
- SRC_URI: get release from github.

eid-mw:
- 4.2 branch embeds a new native viewer : app-misc/eid-viewer-bin (java viewer) is obsolete now.
- p11-kit support

Hi Amy,

As I have no right to commit, can you commit "eid-mw-4.2.0.ebuild" and "files/gtk_not_required_4_2.patch" to portage tree.

I'm not sure I understood you. But do not waste time with eid-viewer-bin. For me, we can even remove app-misc/eid-viewer-bin from portage.

Could you also do a little cleaning in app-crypt/eid-mw. Could you remove these files from portage tree:
app-crypt/eid-mw/eid-mw-4.1.4.ebuild
app-crypt/eid-mw/eid-mw-4.1.9.ebuild
app-crypt/eid-mw/eid-mw-4.1.18.ebuild
app-crypt/eid-mw/files/gtk_not_required_4.1.4.patch
app-crypt/eid-mw/files/not_zip_xpi_plugin.patch
