xmms-arts 0.4-r3 ebuild is missing the dependancy to kde-base/arts.  

Emerging kde-base/arts manually allows xmms-arts to build successfully.


The xmms-arts package SHOULD have had an arts check in its configure file, but
the author has NOT done that.

i have kde-base/arts installed

and then i get this error:

xmms-arts depends on kdelibs, which in turn depends on arts. odd... Anyway - tomorrow I'm finishing and committng the new kde scheme which significantly improves matters for apps with optional kde support, apps requiring arts but not kdelibs and suchlik. Then I'll go over all such ebuilds and prettify/fix them.
