irxevent binary is not emerged w/LIRC 0.7.0_pre4.  The html documentation and tgz'ed manpage gets emerged but the irxevent binary is overlooked apparently.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge lirc
2. attempt to run irxevent
Actual Results:  
failure, file not found

Expected Results:  
irxevent runs
