Here is an update of the original x11-misc/bbmail/bbmail-0.6.11-r2.ebuild
to support the new release : bbmail-0.8.2.

- removed data/README.bbmail as it doesn't exist anymore
- removed pkg_postinst for blackbox
- removed bbmail-qmail.patch as maildir support is already included
- added bbmailparsefm.pl to support POP3 and IMAP checking
