hello, i try to update my system, but every year the same and some new problems. i can't compile the new lib mlt because the cflags variable don't contain the needed include-directories. so gdk and cairo can't be included. if i make a link for gdk in /usr/include, i get the same message for cairo.h. goodby i586-pc-linux-gnu-gcc -I../.. -O2 -mtune=i586 -pipe -Wall -DPIC -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -fPIC -pthread -Wall -DPIC -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -fPIC -pthread -Wall -DPIC -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -fPIC -pthread -DUSE_PIXBUF -pthread -I/usr/include/gdk-pixbuf-2.0 -I/usr/include/libpng16 -I/usr/include/glib-2.0 -I/usr/lib/glib-2.0/include -I/usr/include/libexif -DUSE_EXIF -c -o filter_rescale.o filter_rescale.c factory.c:22:21: fatal error: gdk/gdk.h: No such file or directory #include <gdk/gdk.h> ^ compilation terminated. <builtin>: recipe for target 'factory.o' failed
Could you please attach the full build log and emerge --info?
hello, i have deleted all temp files and unmask version 6.4.1. this works. if you can't reproduce the error, i can try to compile version 6.2.0-r2 again. i have masked this version because this is not the first time, that i can't emerge a package with a specific version. if you think, that the version 6.4.1 is ok, then you can unmask it for all and mask the other version. goodby
OK, let's proceed with stabilising media-libs/mlt-6.4.1.
amd64 stable
x86 stable. Closing.
