Patching fails due to missing file

Expected Results:  
Patching shouldn't fail

Fixed in CVS. I pulled patches off from ${FILESDIR} several weeks ago but it seems that I forgot to change all epatch lines. Sorry for the inconvenience. However, I have no idea why portage tries to downgrade tetex to 1.0.7-r13. What is the package you wanted to install?
