As mentioned in wiki https://wiki.tcl.tk/2630 tcltk/tls have new home now https://core.tcl.tk/tcltls/home

As you can see at https://core.tcl.tk/tcltls/uvlist?byage=1 there is plenty a new versions, but in tree only 1.6.7

In 1.7.11 was added new option that makes dealing with SNI more easy. https://core.tcl.tk/tcltls/tktview?name=0d4541b86d
