fontconfig settings path changed

The useless fontconfig setting folder is removed during src_install. The name of the player has changed in Krypton from dvdplayer to VideoPlayer.

I did create a CMake patch for this but for some reason didn't send it.

It works for me, better solution to fix this upstream ! The comment was there for a while, happy to see there is a change about that in kodi team.

https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/11451 has been merged. The corresponding lines in 9999 ebuild can be removed.
