build.Log

When installing dev-dotnet/nuget, the build fails with a TrustFailure.
(Logs attached)

I was able to reproduce this bug with:

dev-dotnet/nuget-2.8.7-r2::dotnet
dev-dotnet/nuget-2.8.7-r1::gentoo
dev-dotnet/nuget-2.8.7-r1::dotnet
dev-dotnet/nuget-2.8.7::gentoo
dev-dotnet/nuget-2.8.3::gentoo

(stopped trying here)

USE-Flags:  gac net45 pkg-config symlink -debug -developer
