A few comments:
1) Please add a properly formatted ChangeLog
2) Please add SLOT
3) Please add KEYWORDS
4) Please remove the Maintainer: from the header. Preferrably, you should
   credit yourself in the ChangeLog. If that's not sufficient for you, 
   add a Copyright 2002 Klaus-Juergen Wolf <kjwolf@epost.de> to the header
5) Remove pkg_setup, as it is empty.

You may want to merge dev-util/lintool and have it test your ebuild and changelog:
lintool --ebuild <yourebuildfile>
lintool --changelog <yourchangelogfile>
