Fix committed.

@HPPA, please proceed when you are available.

It means proceed just as you did by keywording the additional packages on HPPA. Was it that hard to understand?

@crypto, for the record it's not acceptable to use repoman --force to "work around" invalid depgraph errors.

One must either drop keywords completely and request rekeywording, or temporarily mask the offending USE flag on the appropriate arch (note that the latter option is only acceptable on certain arches).

@kensington: I solved all issues with all arch, this hppa arch require opening a bug, so I opened. I could have managed this as well.

Yes it's fixed now, but https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=b14ea48df1017341dc2c1ffa15b183a417b054bc caused a broken depgraph for users for at least 17 hours.

The keyword for HPPA should have been dropped. This is common practice. Making such decisions on behalf of architecture teams is not.

As for "understanding", I have been doing this work for 12 years so I don't think _I_ misunderstood anything.
