@crypto, for the record it's not acceptable to use repoman --force to "work around" invalid depgraph errors. One must either drop keywords completely and request rekeywording, or temporarily mask the offending USE flag on the appropriate arch (note that the latter option is only acceptable on certain arches).
@kensington: I solved all issues with all arch, this hppa arch require opening a bug, so I opened. I could have managed this as well.

The keyword for HPPA should have been dropped. This is common practice. Making such decisions on behalf of architecture teams is not. As for "understanding", I have been doing this work for 12 years so I don't think _I_ misunderstood anything.
