For some reason, the live version of sys-fs/zfs mandates !>=sys-fs/udev-init-scripts-28 whereas all other versions of this ebuild simply depend on udev-init-scripts without a version restriction. Is this intentional? It seems incorrect since if the current latest non-live ebuild for sys-fs/zfs works with newer versions of udev-init-scripts, then surely the even newer code from sys-fs/zfs-9999 would also?
I imagine it's not needed anymore
This is an outdated sniplet left in the live ebuild.

this has been fixed some time ago, closing as obsolete.
