On a stock PyQt5 install, qutebrowser now crashes with the following error on startup:

ImportError: No module named 'PyQt5.QtQml'

This bug can be fixed by compiling PyQt5 with USE="declarative". The RDEPENDS should be updated to reflect this fact.
