patched an ebuild to bump media-gfx/wkhtmltopdf to 0.13
seems to work for me :)

Thank you for your contribution.
You can run 
repoman -d full 
in the directory of your ebuild to locate common mistakes next time.
It would correct the year in the header automatic and suggest to bump to EAPI=6

Upstream calls 0.13.0 an "alpha release based on Qt 5". 
The ebuild should depend on the required qt5 sources.

Perhaps we should bump the stable 0.12.4 too.

Qt5-based 0.12.4 is now in tree with commit d61bc446767dd79cabe1168bdc85c6fc6bef3692.

Closing since 0.12.4 has been in the tree for a while and 0.13 doesn't appear to be a supported upstream release yet.
