On or around 2/7/2012, tlslite removed support for cryptlib according to their README on github. This is true of all version in portage, versions >=0.3.9.x

"cryptlib support, it wasn't used much, we have enough other options."

The ebuild should reflect that so that installing tlslite doesn't add unnecessary packages.

Now it has fucked up the USE deps:

      * dev-libs/cryptlib-3.4.3-r1:0::gentoo
        Did not meet >=dev-libs/cryptlib-3.3.3[python,python_targets_python2_7(-)?,python_targets_python3_3(-)?,python_targets_python3_4(-)?,python_targets_python3_5(-)?,-python_single_target_python2_7(-),-python_single_target_python3_3(-),-python_single_target_python3_4(-),-python_single_target_python3_5(-)], use existing if same, installing to / from dev-python/tlslite-0.4.9-r1:0::installed
            Flag 'python_targets_python3_4' enabled if it is enabled for 'dev-python/tlslite-0.4.9-r1:0::installed', assuming disabled if missing
