Description Harris Landgarten 2016-12-27 19:27:50 UTC
!   dev-ruby/did_you_mean
    Reasons: target (installed-packages::installed), dev-lang/ruby-2.3.3:2.3::installed, dev-lang/ruby-2.4.0:2.4::installed
    Unsuitable candidates:
      * dev-ruby/did_you_mean-1.1.0:2.4::installed
      * dev-ruby/did_you_mean-1.1.0:2.4::gentoo
        Did not meet >=dev-ruby/did_you_mean-1.0.0[ruby_targets_ruby23], use existing if same metadata, installing to / from dev-lang/ruby-2.3.3:2.3::installed
            Flag 'ruby_targets_ruby23' enabled
Comment 1 Harris Landgarten 2016-12-27 19:28:26 UTC

Yes, this is by design, since this version no longer supports ruby23.

I have added ruby-2.3.3-r1 which explicitly uses the correct slot for that version. That should help paludis resolve the correct dependencies.
