The contents of the wxpython-doc and wxpython-demo packages are missing. Emerging the packages results in the relevant directories being created, but the directories are empty. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge wxpython wxpython-doc wxpython-demo 2. ls /usr/share/doc/wxpython-2.4.0.7/docs /usr/share/doc/wxpython-2.4.0.7/demo /usr/share/doc/wxpython-2.4.0.7/samples 3. repeat for wxpython-2.4.1.2 and wxpython-2.4.2.4 3. Actual Results: The directories are empty. Expected Results: The directories should contain docs and demos. Documentation for the newest version is available at http://www.wxpython.org/docs/. If documentation and demos cannot be made available for the older versions for whatever reason, a note should be placed in the relevant directories explaining why this is the case and where the documentation can be found.
You seem to be looking in the wrong directories. Use 'qpkg -l wxpython-demo' to see where its installed. If you still have problems please re-open this bug.

Version 2.4.1.2 has all demo and doc files (didn't look carefully enough yesterday :-) ). Since 2.4.0.7 is the latest "stable" version in portage, it would still be a good idea to fix that version.
My mistake. docs and demos for 2.4.2.4 were ok, but the SRC_URI was changed for 2.4.0.7 and 2.4.1.2. I fixed it in CVS. Thanks.
