change from script/rails to bin/rails

The init script delivered with redmine-3.2.1 does not allow to start redmine.

It tries to start the ./script/rails script, which then states:

"script/rails no longer exists, please use bin/rails instead."

changing to ./bin/rails fixes the problem.

I attached a patch. Offtopic: Is there a way to handle this "github" like with forking and a pull request?
