lvm2 commands to reproduce the behavior

Problem ist reproduceable with =sys-fs/lvm2-2.02.166 and =sys-fs/lvm2-2.02.116-r4.

Short overview:
- thin_dump seems to ignore a chaniging PE Size (with vg_change --physicalextentsize xxxxy

Attached the command to reproduce this behavior and the emerge --info log

I´m not sure if this is the intented behavior. It seems only the chunk size at definition of the thin LV is necessary.
