dev-libs/libevent-2.1.7_rc update changed soname of libevent-2.1.so; this triggered a @preserved-libs event for net-misc/memcached.

Please consider adding a slot operator on the dev-libs/libevent atom in the next revbump of net-misc/memcached so that an update of dev-libs/libevent will trigger a rebuild of net-misc/memcached when necessary.
