crosswire just upgraded their servers; as soon as the betamodules folder goes back in, this will be fixed.
Comment 2 Stephen Ake 2004-08-13 22:59:55 UTC
I went to their site, and found all the files in a different location:
http://www.crosswire.org/ftpmirror/pub/sword/packages/rawzip/
However, when I modified the ebuild and tried emerging again, all the digests were different. By chance, I unzipped the KJV.zip file, and the stuff in there had been last modified on Aug. 2 - so it seems like they have updated their Bible collection.
Comment 3 Jon Hood (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-08-13 23:18:26 UTC
there are just a few more modules that need to be put back up that aren't there and then I'll be able to close this bug... but yes, that's where most of the new modules are.
Comment 4 Jon Hood (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-08-18 10:26:04 UTC
fixed in portage :)
Comment 5 Benjamin 2004-11-22 00:34:08 UTC
Crosswire have changed the files again.
In particular, http://www.crosswire.org/ftpmirror/pub/sword/packages/rawzip/RSV.zip is now an empty file, causing the ebuild to fail. Other files may also be changed.

Bug #71118 seems to be a duplicate of this.

I'm experiencing a problem similar to this. When trying to emerge
sword-modules-20040503, I get:

=====
downstairs kjv # emerge sword-modules

The downloaded file is 102875 bytes large, although the digest seems to expect a
file 102883 bytes large. I'm not sure what's changed, but I'd guess it's just a
case of rebuilding the digest.
