Remove PATCHES

Old ebuild renamed, with PATCHES removed, builds cleanly and runs.

There is now a newer bugfix version 3.1.1 available

Since 3.1.1 got released so quickly after 3.1.0, is it ok if i just rename this bug to krita-3.1.1? Or does it need to be a new bug, and this one gets closed?

I would suggest to rename the title for this bug.

Also i could confirm that the existing ebuild with the dropped patches works for me with version 3.1.1.

3.1.1 With old ebuild (PATCHES removed) compiles, runs, works, with USE="fftw gsl jpeg pdf raw tiff vc -color-management -debug -openexr {-test}"
