Please update to the newest version of mup, released in 2016

The current version in the tree (mup-5.7) was released in 2010.
Since version 6.0 in 2012, mup has been available with an open source license.

This patch is required by the ebuild

The ebuild itself is a copy of the mup-5.7 ebuild with some minor changes made to fix patches and update the license
