amd64 with USE="json" fails:

configure: error: jansson not found

same thing for USE="xml"

configure: error: libyaml not found

Yes, both dependencies are merged.

I get the same error (wrt json), om amd64. Dependencies are merged.

Same error here, too...and jansson was just updated to 2.7 on this pass.

This is introducing significant breakage. Readding arch teams. Please consider dropping stable keywords or fast-stabling a fixed package.
