Description kavol 2016-12-10 18:03:28 UTC
SSIA ... I have noticed that after KDE update, emerge --depclean is trying to remove konqueror

but I have kde-apps/kde-meta in world (kde-apps/kde-meta-16.04.3:5::gentoo installed ATM) and its description says "Merge this to pull in all KDE Plasma and Applications packages"

... since when is Konqureror not a KDE Application? shouldn't someone fix Wikipedia which says "It is a core part of the KDE Software Compilation."? :-)

also, kde-meta doesn't seem to have any USE flag that would turn that "all" into "not really all" (and I haven't found anything relevant also in the descendant kde-apps-meta and kdenetwork-meta)

In a perfect world there are no problems, but due to package conflicts it was dropped from meta packages. Will come back in 16.12.
