Im using a program on my servers that i have written in Perl that helps me alot with this. Its used for query installed ebuilds and groups. I´m extracting the information and parsing it in to other programs. It can extract groups, ebuild, version, ebuildnames splitted by some charchacter of the users chooise.
So i wanted to share it with others if it can be helpful to someome.

You guys decide... keep up the good work!!

Installed ebuild queryprogram.

I can create an ebuild and put up a tarbundle for it if you feel it is
something worth sharing.

As my perl knowledge is pretty much non-existant and I don't really understand what this script does that can't be done with existing gentoolkit tools I'm closing this as WONTFIX.
